Baby Apple Pie


Ingredients:

    * 300 g cake flour
    * 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
    * 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
    * 175 g unsalted butter
    * 1 eggs
    * 5 tablespoons ice water

Contents:

    * 250 ml of liquid milk
    * 50 g sugar
    * 2 egg yolks
    * 30 g cornstarch
    * 1 / 2 tsp vanilla powder
    Heavy cream * 50 ml
    * 4 pcs poor apples, peeled, sliced
Complement:

    * 150 g sugar, make the caramel
    * 5 tablespoons marmalade and l 5 tablespoons ice water, stir well, for sprinkling
    * Fresh strawberries, for garnish
Light snacks How to Make a caramel apple pie:

   1. Create skin: Mix the flour, powdered sugar and salt, mix well. Enter the butter, stirring with using two knives or a pastry knife until the starch granules covered with butter. Add the eggs and ice water, stirring until the dough can be formed. Rest for 30 minutes and 0.5 cm thick dough rollers. Print in a small pie pan size 20 cm which had been smeared with margarine. Bake in oven with a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, until half cooked.
   2. Creating content: Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla powder, mix well. Cook until boiling, stirring until thickened, enter the cream, stir well, remove from heat. Give rhum, if liked. Stir well.
   3. Prepare the pastry cooked, pour the contents. Tata apple slices, pour the caramel on top. Store in the refrigerator, put spread on top and decorate with strawberries.
   4. Ready to serve.
